PROGRAM OVERVIEW: 

MedjetAssist is a worldwide medical evacuation and consultation program that is available to travelers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on an annual and short-term membership basis. 

MedjetAssist transports members who are hospitalized more than 150 miles from their home, either in the U.S. or abroad, to the hospital of their choice. Additionally, if a member is hospitalized in their hometown and requires the services of a specialty hospital within the U.S., more than 150 miles away, MedjetAssist will provide air medical transport to that facility. The company utilizes a fleet of state-of-the-art medically equipped aircraft permanently configured as mobile intensive care units, staffed with specially trained physicians, nurses, and respiratory therapists. It offers medical and legal referrals, monitoring of members' medical conditions, translation assistance for foreign medical reports, pre-travel medical consultations, and return of mortal remains.

Regular Membership

Annual memberships are available to residents of the United States, Canada and Mexico who travel domestically and internationally. These memberships allow these residents to travel outside of their respective countries for up to 90 consecutive days per trip. 

Short Term Membership

The MedjetAssist short-term program is for residents of the United States, Canada and Mexico up to age 75, with protection provided   24 hours a day during the selected travel period.

 

Collegiate Membership

As more universities encourage students to gain academic credit and life experience abroad, the need arises to ensure their safety in foreign nations

Expatriate Membership

Memberships are available for residents of the U.S.,Canada and Mexico traveling for extended periods in other countries.

Diamond Membership

The Diamond membership offered by MedjetAssist is available to individuals between the ages of 75 and 85. This special membership plan was designed to accommodate individuals in this age category who continue to travel and are in good health.
